The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. This was my 3 rd stay here for 6-11 days each, so the short comings aren't a deal breaker for me. It's a convenient location & reasonably priced.

The room was ok but not great. The toilet ran on, there was mold around the shower edge, and the carpet could have used a good cleaning. The hotel was loud... we had a room next to the laundry. But you can also hear showers and toilets in the other rooms.

The room was dirty thick dust webs in all corners of the rooms and on ceiling. They painted over dirt and grime on the walls. The heater in the room was not calibrated and room was hot. We were right near and laundry so there was constant banging of the door at all hours of the night and early morning.

Room was so small we could barely squeeze by each other between the bed and the TV. At check-in I asked if we could get a bigger room and was told no. Room was dirty, Found dried dog poop back in corner by AC. Found gray hairs all over room. Pile of dead bugs in back corner near the dried dog poop. This was room 111, this room must have been an afterthought during design. Bathroom door was so big that you had to fully open door to get in or out of bathroom. Room smelled upon arrival. Spots on floor, carpet filthy, had to wear socks the whole time and they turned black. Only one chair in room. Chair was broken and would throw you out if not careful. Bathroom in disrepair, Shower handle almost to fall off. Tub so slippery I had to go to Walmart and buy a bathmat. Sink in bathroom was a slow drainer. When room was cleaned they did not re-supply the toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, or soap. There were unknown noises coming from the floor above. Constant noise, running, walking, dragging furniture around, don't really know. Even at 2:30 am there were noises. So far the only thing good about my stay there was the breakfast. Bed was comfortable, but I'm almost positive I will never stay there again.

Amazing hotel. It is rare to find a place that allows full control of air conditioning anymore. I was a BAS technician at a hospital and many of the modern systems give you fake control over temperature and wont even let you keep the fan running for ait flow. I sweat easily so staying at them has been uncomfortable. This hotel is fabtastic.

My daughter had said that there was a big biker gang there at check in. The person at the desk seemed to be on drugs and the room had bed bugs and it smelled like someone had just spayed bug spray in the room.

While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

We asked for clean towels every day and had to leave notes on the dirty towels to leave us more toilet paper and to take the garbage. We even set the trash right next to the dirty towels and they still didn't take the garbage. We have noticed that their clientele is not the greatest. A lot of Mexicans. There were two that came to breakfast every morning with blankets hanging on their shoulders. A woman came to breakfast with sweat pants and a bra on. They have Mexican receptionist at night so she can speak to the Mexicans that come in. The Mexicans stay around 3l days and are gone and then some more come. It's like they hide them for awhile and they leave and new ones come to be hidden. It just doesn't feel safe anymore. We will not stay there again.
