"Excellent breakfast. Disappointed and surprised by the $15 parking fee. Never paid one before at any Holiday Inn anywhere. There was plenty of parking; it is not a limited space. There is no airport in Sedona so obviously everyone drives and needs to park. Facility was excellent but the parking fee left a bad taste."

"Hotel was great and a perfect place to have our pup come along. There was a room issue that seemingly baffled one staff member, but a second handled it like a pro. Upgraded our room and accommodated us in every way. I did not catch his name, but he was an exceptional customer service rep!"
