"We stayed for six nights and greatly enjoyed the place. The staff is very good, the room was clean and quiet, and the location is excellent. It is far enough off the interstate to be in a quiet mostly residential neighborhood, but close enough to have easy access to many things in the Sedona- Verde Valley area. There are enough restaurants nearby to have good food options. Breakfast is continental (cereal, fruit, bagels, sweet rolls, etc). But you can buy things out of the refrigerator cabinet to add to that (I bought hard boiled eggs each day = at 2 for a dollar!). They also have a lot of snack options you can buy at about the same price you'd pay at the grocery store. There are enough options so you can eat a simple dinner in your room or put a picnic together, which we did a couple of times. They have a DVD library there too. The staff knows the area well and steered us to nearby points of interest. Overall, it was a great place to stay."

"If you just need a place to rest this is doable but I wouldn’t pay more than $80 or so a night. I had to checkin and checkout at the casino up on the hill which was a pain. No front desk staff (front of lodge was locked up). Coffee pot but no coffee in the room. The door lock chain was pulled out of the wall, the bathtub handle came off in my hand. Beds old and on squeaky metal frames. Just really run down. Maybe the casino hotel is nicer and this is bottom barrell at their lodge at the bottom of the hill. If you have to stop in this town overnight, the Country Inn of southern end of town is nicer. "

"Not fancy but clean. A nice location around local shops and gas stations. I requested a second floor room through Expedia. When I arrived it wasn't honored. Call the property first to verify all your expectations. "

"Nice place, or it will / can be - Booked in December 2025, stayed in late March 26. No heads up that the whole front of the building is under construction so my $700 a night room with Moutain view was actually a construction site where the excavators, concrete saws and jack hammers are your wakeup call. Lap pool is closed. Finally, not allowing my teenage son to workout with me (I get not allowing them unsupervised) in the fitness center is certainly a way to sway me from staying there again."
