"I LOVE Dollywood! They completely exceeded any expectations I had. It was safe, immaculate, and everyone was attentive in a low key manner. The junior suite was THE perfect room for our girls trip and the pool was spectacular!"

"This is a decent place to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive option where you just want to sleep. Pros: front desk personnel was kind, outdoor pool, comfortable beds, convenient location Cons: older, loud traffic noise, front desk personnel could not help with room issues and did not offer any solutions, TV did not work (new and apparently not hooked up to any services yet??), cleanliness was just okay"

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."

"The rooms has been renovated but still needs a little more tlc. The beds sits high. The blankets on the bed are really thin. Also the bath towel is thin. The breakfast was not its best. It could definitely use some more option with fresh fruit. The eggs was not fully cooked. Front desk was really friendly. The hotel was not bad for the price. If needed to again I’ll stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. So warm and friendly. It is situated in the perfect location to be outside of the crowd, but easy to get to all attractions. We are definitely going to stay again."
