"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are very clean. We especially loved the lobby area—it's very spacious and kept our two young kids entertained for over an hour with board games and origami! The Japanese breakfast is also a must-try; it's delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!"
"Staff was friendly and helpful.
the place was so clean, and great amenities which are exactly we needed!
The bathroom has got a laundry rope to hung clothes, there are pyjamas, bedside clock, toothbrush- perfect!
We stayed on 11th floor, and it was very quiet, that’s brilliant in a heart of town.
Will definitely stay there again."
"Fantastic 4 nights stay at this hotel! Very modern and well located next to subway station and a konbini just next to it. Love the convenience of being able to view the status of the laundry service from the TV service. Highly recommended!"
