"10/10 stay! Clean, spacious suite rooms. Very kind, professional staff. Some rooms are pet-friendly, which I needed for this trip. Walkable to the downtown outdoor mall area which was great. Good continental breakfast. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again! "

"We booked this through Expedia and it was a great deal. We arrived after driving for 6 hours and the place was a respite after arriving 8pm. The sheets smelled amazingly fresh, our room was clean and the breakfast free . Staff is wonderful with any questions and we absolutely will stay here again. "
"From the time I pulled into the valet lane outside the hotel checkin to the check out process and review of incidentals I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was the remarkable strength of our experience at the Omni in Charlottesville, Virginia. We were first greeted by a staff member outside of valet parking (Jamell) who immediately provided us with a luggage carrier, waited patiently for us while we checked, helped us to find a room and transported our luggage to our room. The hotel manager that day (female) whose name I regretably forgot, assisted during a reservation/booking issue with the patience of a saint. Provided restaurant tips one night and called me one day when I forgot my car was parked in the loading zone. The rooms were spotless an dthe aesthetic was tasteful and consistent with the decor of the and culture of this almost historic hotel on the downtown mall. I'll be staying here often when I visit Cville. Hats off to you Omni and your well-picked staff members. "
