"The floor was warped. The shower head pointed toward the side of the shower and it was difficult to get the water to wash the soap off of my body. There was no body wash in the wall dispenser and there was almost no shampoo in the dispenser. My wife would not have had any shampoo, but she decided to not take a shower because of the condition of the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. There was no breakfast provided. The only positive thing was the low cost of the room. We would not go back there again."

"NOT notified about construction during my check in and around hotel. If you're on any type of schedule, add an extra hour."

"Parking was on a hill that needed huge potholes repaired. Checked in really late and when we tried to open our room door, the card reader didn’t work. Sent husband back to front desk to get the room keys fixed and tried again with the new card keys and still didn’t work. Had to go back down to the lobby to get staff to open door and he couldn’t either. Turns out the room was already occupied by someone else. How did the front desk not know this? We could have been placed in a dangerous situation had we entered someone else’s room. Unacceptable!"

"The accessible room failed for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The toilet angle and shape made it hard to transfer off. The shower chair provided was filthy. The shower wand was so short he could only bathe the top of his body. It was very upsetting for both of us."
