"The hotel is ran by Pai, who was able to create a fantastic, comfortable and tranquil place, without being short of any amenities for your ultimate comfort. It’s the most quiet place I’ve slept at while in Brazil, although being in immediate proximity to the main road where all the bars, restaurants and clubs are. A recepção foi boa, a limpeza do quarto e local e impecável, os quartos atendem super bem, chuveiro quente e o café da manhã e super completo. Para a Joaquina a pé são 35 minutos e para mole 25, as duas vale muito a pena ir! Recomendo muito e voltaria mil vezes! "

"Loved everything! Host allowed us to wash clothes, beautiful antique accomodations, fully stocked kitchen for guest use. Loved host arranged Ubers since my phone Location Services could not be turned on, which is necessary for apps."

"Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa"

"Overall great place in a great location. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. My only feedback is the bathroom ceiling did leak a bit when it rained and there is no shampoo or shower supplies (thankfully I had my own) and only two rolls of toilet paper. The guest services was great and responsive. I would stay here again. "

"It’s easy for tourists to walk at night around these areas by myself. The residents have to stop using kitchens and living room after 11pm, but we can go out. Kinda comfortable place."
