"Overall great place in a great location. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. My only feedback is the bathroom ceiling did leak a bit when it rained and there is no shampoo or shower supplies (thankfully I had my own) and only two rolls of toilet paper. The guest services was great and responsive. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is ran by Pai, who was able to create a fantastic, comfortable and tranquil place, without being short of any amenities for your ultimate comfort. It’s the most quiet place I’ve slept at while in Brazil, although being in immediate proximity to the main road where all the bars, restaurants and clubs are. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, while also offering opportunity to make them dark. All of them have a nice jacuzzi where you can fit 2 people easily. Outside there’s a warm pool and also a warm jacuzzi. There is breakfast with very delicious eggs, papaya and sandwiches. I think that’s the best value for money hotel I’ve ever been to!"

"Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa"

"Don Zepe Hotel is simple but very practical hotel to stay in Florianopolis. It is located at the heart of Lagos da Conceicao and it is close to the main bars and restaurants in this area. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Florianopolis. "
