O apartamento é idêntico às fotos, são dois quartos e dois banheiros. O condomínio é bem novinho, tem ótima segurança. Ótima localização. O café da manhã paga a parte, 32,00 e tem ótimas opções.

Estadia agradável, apartamento confortável.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. O apartamento é grande, espaço, ventilado. A recepção é cordial. Só a limpeza que precisa melhorar, tinha muitas baratinhas no apartamento, e a limpeza do banheiro tbm não estava boa, também tinham aquelas mosquinhas pequenas.

A estadia foi ótima. O prédio parece novo, as instalações são boas e é bem localizado, iamos à praia andando. O bairro é bem tranquilo e fazíamos quase td andando. Só tem as desvantagens de não ser um hotel (sem limpeza do quarto e café da manha), mas embaixo do prédio tem um café da manhã pago que é bem bom e achamos vantajoso.

Localizaçao otima, quarto moderno porém pequeno, mas o que acho que dá para melhorar é colocar travesseiro extra, pois só tem 1 por pessoa e eu uso 2. E colocar um edredom, pois somente uma mantinha fininha eu passei frio.

O flat é bom porém pequeno, bem localizado, com estacionamento dentro do prédio seguro, pessoal da recepção e da like home são ótimos, recomendo se for mais barato que um hotel comum, se estiver no preço de um hotel 2 ou mais estrelas vai de hotel pois a todo um suporte de limpeza e alimentação (café da manhã)no hotel que no flat ficará a sua responsabilidade, faço o seguinte balanço é positivo a depender do preço, o prédio era ótimo com uma acadêmia bem equipada

Tive uma estadia simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde o momento da chegada, fui muito bem recebido por uma equipe atenciosa e prestativa. O ambiente é limpo, organizado e transmite tranquilidade. O quarto era confortável, com uma cama excelente, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é outro ponto forte: perto de tudo, mas ainda assim silencioso à noite. Recomendo fortemente para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e um ambiente acolhedor. Com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!
