Hotel muito agradavel, proximo de tudo, funcionario educados e atenciosos. Cafe da manha delicioso, só nao gosteo do chuveiro do banheiro devido a forma de como a agua sai, mas o restante maravilhoso, quando voltar em joao pessoa sera la que ficarei hospedada novamente. Recomendo demais.

Opção bem desconfortável!

Ainda bem que ficamos apenas uma noite, pois o hotel é bastante desconfortável. As roupas de cama e banho estão visivelmente desgastadas, o que compromete a experiência. O único ponto positivo é o atendimento na recepção, onde os funcionários se esforçam para ajudar, mas, infelizmente, são limitados pela falta de recursos oferecidos pelo hotel.

Perfeita.

Estadia muito confortável, com funcionários gentis e prestativos. Fica no centro de João Pessoa, então é muito bem localizada. Limpinha, bonita e perfeita para hospedagem. O único porém é a dificuldade para estacionar, já que o hotel não possui estacionamento e nas proximidades encontramos proibições e muitos veículos já estacionados. Os recepcionistas oferecem a possibilidade de manobrar o carro para outra rua quando o horário da proibição de estacionar iniciar, mas ainda é um pouco incômodo a ausência de estacionamento.

Durante toda nossa estadia o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que usar as escadas que por sinal estavam precisando ser limpas. A cortina do quarto não é totalmente blackout, na pia do banheiro a água não descia rapidamente pelo ralo. A estrutura em geral do prédio precisa de uma manutenção.

Momentos desagradáveis

A estadia foi boa, porém houve algumas ocorrências um pouco desagradáveis. Na sexta-feira faltou energia apenas no prédio ao final do dia, já no último dia de hospedagem faltou água impossibilitando tomar banho para retorno, com isso foram essas duas ocorrências que a deixaram a viagem um pouco desagradável.

Hotel deixa muito a desejar, com exceção dos seu colaboradores que são gentis e dedicados. Por sua vez a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar,por exemplo conservacao, elevador bastante antigo, escuro, nos quartos a TV apenas com programacao aberta e sinal péssimo. Ar condicionado, näo esfria, chuveiro pouca vazão e de baixa quantidade. Por fim poderia ser algo bem melhor, não compativel o valor da hospedagem em relação os demais. Banheiro apertado e deprimente Nao tem estacionamento, obrigando a deixar veículo na rua. Infelizmente nao me agradou !! Sugiro URGENTE melhoras NAO AGRADOU
