"아기자기하고 센스 있는 인테리어가 인상적이었습니다. 가족들 모두 재미있고 감각적인 인테리어에 감탄했어요. 고양이 인형들도 참 귀여웠습니다. 아침 식사도 넉넉하게 챙겨주셨고, 직접 핸드드립으로 마실 수 있는 원두 커피도 아주 마음에 들었어요. 2층에서 바깥 경치가 보이는데, 경치를 보며 차를 마실 수 있도록 꾸며놓으셨어요. 👍 가족들 모두 지우펀에 또 가면 다시 찾고 싶을 정도로 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 친절하게 안내해주셔서 감사합니다!"

"Great view on the loft level. Nice neighbourhood. Feels safe. Place is very comfortable for 6pax as bathroom were huge with separate area for bathing and toileting even though it only has one each. Short walk from bustop with beautiful view of hillside and sea. Breakfast provided were generous. Stayed 2N but no housekeeping during our stay. "

"Sunnyroom is a gorgeous and clean place, very close to 九份老街. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We literally gasped when we entered the beautiful room, and were able to enjoy a lovely bath with a view!"

"Excellent overnight stay. Neat Japanese-style room, good WiFi, great little bathtub and shower. The Japanese breakfast included in room rate was superb. The location on the edge of Jioufen might be a problem if you find yourself carrying luggage up the steps from the bus stop, otherwise it’s nice and quiet. But it was tricky to find. We didn’t anticipate any problems as we weren’t given any specific instructions. Definitely something that could be improved upon."

"The hotel is right in the Jiufen Old Street, so it was very convenient. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good views from the window. Do note that if you are driving, the parking lot is about 10-min walk. The staff can help you carry the luggage on motorcycle, but you have to walk. Overall, very good experience."

"All the staff there are very nice and helpful. They made sure to take care of you, make sure you’re full through their free breakfast. It’s a wonderful villa. Their cat, egg yolk is very adorable! "

"The room was clean and comfortable. A/C was cold, thankfully. The boss was nice and made delicious breakfast. They provided towels, shampoo, and bath gel. The only thing I didn’t really care for was the area, there weren’t a lot of places to eat and it wasn’t very convenient to use the bus. It was close enough to the activities I’d planned though, which is why I booked it. "

"The Inn is charming located with a good view of the sea and mountain. The place is well kept and clean. Breakfast is simple and nice and dining area is cosy. Getting there is challenging because of uphill climb and steps. Better to travel light. The place is not manned after 8pm and arrangement needed for late check in. Staff are friendly and helpful."

It is worth the walk up; it is only a five minute walk down the hill to one entrance of the Old Road - lots of shops as well as tea and eating spots. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious - not the typical American portion-sized, but adequate and sufficient to start the day. The coffee was superb. Parking a short walk away. The staff did not speak very good English (and I don't speak...

"Overall experience great. The breakfast was considered "light" or "just enough". Could improve variety or quantity but not a big deal. Definitely need a scooter or a car to get there. The signs to get here are not too clear and could be a bit tricky to find."

"Taipei K house was a quiet and clean hotel. I stayed there with my family. Very convenient in the sense that it was only a 5 minute-walk from the nearest station and a night market was also within walking distance. I will use it again if I have a chance to visit Taipei."
