The property and facilities were beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were amazing and the chefs superb. Amazing views from our private balcony. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We stayed five nights and loved every minute.

I talked with the manager since the system wasn’t allowing me to specify the number of people. I asked if it would be a problem that we had five people. He said no. Staff were friendly and very helpful always available and quick when needed . rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. nice touch added to our room for my celebration.Boutique style hotel with a good balance between luxury and responsibility. perfect get away for those looking for a blend of nature and tranquility. although the Internet connection was a bit temperamental during our stay it didnt affect our experience.

The access road is very poor with deep channels on the side covered with vegetation. Our car fell in one of the channels as we drove in, possibly causing some damage. We booked through Expedia. Receptionist refused to include breakfast at check-in despite our Expedia reservation showing we had breakfast for 2 included. She said it was a scam, the rate we booked did not exist, we got charged an extra $40 for breakfast! The AirCon did not work properly, likely due to low power voltage. Hot water disappeared after a few minutes, we had a cold shower at night and morning. The other staff were very warm and welcoming. The cottages/rooms are exceptionally spacious, very clean and comfortable.
