"Every staff in the Canopy by Hilton Xi’an hotel is very friendly. I have a wonderful and pleasant experience from the moment I reached the hotel till checking out. All the staff always render help when it is requested. Especially, I wish to commend Ricki Wei who is thoughtful and did the necessity to ensure my family had a comfortable 3 nights stay. Thumb up to her. A great hotel with new and modern design. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent location with plenty of shopping and eating choices."
