Had a wonderful stay here in Xi’an. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the top-notch service — every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. For the quality, service, and overall experience, this is easily one of the best bang-for-the-buck hotels in Xi’an. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city. The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options alongside western buffet items.bThe staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel also has a self service laundry facility.

Personnel super serviable, excellent petit-déjeuner. La chambre est petit et bris de la porte de douche qui ne ferme pas et isolation des fenêtres moyennes car on entend les gens à l’extérieur. Mais globalement très agréable.
