"Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."

A special mention goes to Miss Tomoko Hasebe from the concierge team, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her dedication and thoughtful support made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. We also enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor during our stay. Overall, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel may be a little older, but it delivers traditional hospitality at its finest. We would gladly stay again. "

"Slightly seedy neighbourhood due to night-time entertainment in the area, but this hotel does its best to provide a safe haven for travellers to this part of Nagoya. Amazing value, considering the location, especially when you opt in for the buffet breakfast."
