"Amazing staff, beautifully landscaped grounds, fantastic beachfront location (with chairs and loungers reserved for resort guests). Resort pool is large, deep, warm, and well served by bar staff. Food, especially the seafood, was excellent and well presented. The pisang goreng is a must have! Pool villa was spacious and private. "

"The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful. The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed. The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay—and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden location, and the relaxing vibe made this a memorable experience."
