"Parqueo, aunque me pude quedar dentro del hotel, solo tiene parqueo para 4 carros, los demás se quedan afuera en la calle. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto era viejo, casi no se podía modificar, a pesar de eso, si enfriaba bien. EL PERSONAL es de lo mejor de este mundo, super atentos, serviciales."

"I had an "ok" stay at this property, it is clean, well maintained and in a good location close to restaurants and shops. The main room I stayed in was clean and modern. It was however lacking basic amenities like a fridge or a hair dryer if you needed one. A couple of things I would mention are that when I first arrived they put me in a room right by the front door with virtually no windows and right by the noise of the street and people coming and going. I requested to move right away and the lady in reception was very helpful and moved me me to a different room by 3pm. Be warned, if they put you on this room iit will be noisy. The other issue was when I moved room I found their staff quite noisy, whether it be standing in the hallway early morning talking loudly or playing loud music at 8.15am in the room next door while they cleaned it. May not seem like major issues to some but it is after a long flight. At times other guests could be noisy too and sound echoed down hallways into rooms. Something to keep in mind if you want peace and quiet."

"The location was very ideal, the amenities were also great. The food was okay nothing to really talk about. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The hotel grounds were upkept really nice. The views from the terrances and pool were amazing. Some staff were really friendly (The front desk and the waiters). However, there were some staff that were very dismissive (not sure if it is a culture thing since we didn't speak fluent spanish)."
