Paking was limited but, we did not have an issue leaving. You have cars parked behind your car. All of the staff was super friendly, smiling and always willing to help. Rooms were always clean and you could smell the cleanliness. We had a great experience!

The shower head was broken I had to fix it. Breakfast was really good and different every day. Staff was excellent. Problem with parking is only for 8 cars I had to park outside on the street.

Overall friendliness of all staff - service desk, kitchen, and cleaning. I really liked the breakfast. I made sure to not miss it every day I was there. Lastly, the A/C and the TV with The YouTube are amenities I cannot dispense with - they were a neat touch for when I came back to the hotel every night.

Don't expect 3 stars hotel rating, it is more like 2 stars. However, staff hospitality and their politeness makes your experience positive. The rooms on the ground floor are very dated. Therefore you should book superior room instead. Tiny walls and luck of sufficient isolation is also noticeable. One, very positive aspect of dated rooms are cleanliness which is top mark. Hotel has premium location with 10 mins walk to Zona Rosa and Tica bus station.
