升等未必是好事

姐妹兩家人的家族旅遊，老闆打電話來說主動幫我們升等到masterton湯屋，8坪變18坪大。滿心歡喜入住後，發現除了房間很大，洗澡很過癮，其他都不行： 1一進房間，止滑鞋少一隻，另一間少一雙，雖然是小瑕疵，但感覺不好。 2房間沒小毛巾 3地上毛髮很多，還有水漬，清潔不夠仔細。 4壁虎我可以理解，但打開抽屜一隻大蟑螂就恐怖了 5為客人準備拖鞋是貼心的行為（房間沒有） 6冰箱門膠條掉了，門關不起來 心裡有種被騙的感覺，住的很不開心，雖然老闆頻頻道歉，還是決定不會再入住這裡。

來過就不會再來了

房內整潔非常差，一進房就看到頭髮在未躺過的床上，抽屜看到用過的雨衣，床底下可以看到非常多灰塵跟之前旅客留下的小物，還有一箱未開封的礦泉水，廁所浴室地板沙沙的，還有一點鞋印，住的心裡都感覺怪怪的，住的房間是四人房805號房，空間不太足，只夠睡覺吧？吃東西都只能坐在床上，行李塞滿走到，管理者真的需要多用心在整潔度還有空間使用上的方便性，不會推薦朋友來，也不敢再來住了
