"Good"

"Great room services, delicious breakfast. "

"I stayed at this lovely place 7 years ago and this time round it was even more special, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a lovely vase of roses in the room waiting for us. The room was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and the area is very close to the west lake but very quiet and calm, the hotel staff was so lovely too (shout out to Pan Pan). When I visit again I will book this place for definite."

"Beautiful surroundings "

"This was a very cute stay, women owned, beautiful view."

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"located near xiang hill, which is where liked to go"

"展期前往 搭車前往機場跟西湖方便 門口大堂設置的禁止吸菸好看用的"

"The hotel is centrally located. But it feels old, and dampness. Not so much service. Free parking, plenty of space on the ground level. Paid $110 including breakfast, while local people only pay $70 for the same room including breakfast. "

"The credit point that I offered just in few minutes ago is opposite; the credit ranking here is correct this time. However, the comment about my staying experience is real based on my recent stays in end-July 2013; this is not a right hotel to stay for business travelers."
