"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely arrived for me. Johnny Chan, I hope I got his surname correct, at reception took his time to make sure we booked the correct rooftop bar and that the timings fitted in with the show we were going to later.
