"En general, un hotel normal para una noche. Habitación muy desgastada, muebles viejos, con manchas en algunos lugares. No hay ventilación en el baño. El almuerzo en el restaurante estuvo delicioso, el personal es muy atento y amable. El desayuno era bueno y abundante."

It’s a quick 3 minute ride to the airport and the hotel has a clean and easy shuttle that will take you. This hotel is very convenient and high end. Highly recommend"

"Wonderful staff Public areas beautiful. Rooms could stand an upgraded. Our bathroom wasn't clean. Old soap in the soap dish and dust/ bugs in toilet. Maybe the room we had was empty for a while? But overall nice property with multiple pools and a great buffet breakfast with a huge selection."

"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."

"Very friendly and welcoming stop close to SJO. Very characterful, the rooms are large with a great view over the valley. The extensive grounds have great walking trails - we saw an agouti - for early morning walks and a hummingbirds visible from the breakfast restaurant and the jacuzzi next to the swimming pool. Staff are very helpful and friendly, food was good."
