Attention :frais en sus + non respect accord écrit

L’immeuble et l’appartement sont neufs, tres bien placés, près du marché Mahané, ce qui permet à la fois de faire des courses et d’aller à la vieille ville facilement. MAIS ATTENTION : 1. Alors que le prix parait abordable, il faut vérifier tous les onglets car ils rajoutent 120$ DE FRAIS DE MÉNAGE !! Ce qui le rend hors de prix. Or nous n’avons pas vu ces frais (même Hotels.com avait marqué « vous avez tout payé » :(. 2. La jeune femme est MALHONNÊTE : nous nous sommes mis d’accord sur deux jours supplémentaires à un certain prix (c’est à dire au prix journalier initial); nous nous sommes malheureusement trompés dans la multiplication, et quand nous l’avons vu , il était trop tard, elle a refusé de rembourser : elle est revenue sur un accord écrit, par sms, en arguant que de toute façon c’était un bon prix !! 3. Aucun rideau occultant dans la grande chambre, nous avons très mal dormi. En conclusion, l’appartement est propre, mais vu le prix du ménage, c’est un minimum ... ! Et surtout la jeune femme est malhonnête. Nous ne conseillons donc pas cet appart.

Amalia welcomed us and showed us the apartment and all of the electronic controls and amenities available. The property is brand new and very close to the with many great restaurants in the area. Beautiful apartment & location to the light rail to Jerusalem for Mount Herzel.
