"I liked that it was right on the boardwalk, the arcade and other stuff for the kids were great. Have a lot of fun things for kids to do, loved the ocean view. I didn’t like the check in process I waited in line 35 minutes due to only 2 girls at the front desk until another 2 girls came and help. There were no soap, shampoo or conditioner in our room, air dryer wasn’t working neither and the air conditioning should be a little more efficient and the elevators kept having issues so most nights it was 4 out of 6 working."

"The grounds were beautiful. Very clean lobby, restaurants, pool area, hallways, and room. The room was larger than we expected. So close to everything we wanted- beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping. We live asbury park and will definitely be back!"

"The Grand Hotel provides a clean environment for their guests. Staff were friendly and professional. The benefit of a private beach section with free chairs, umbrellas and towels is a plus. The Hemingway restaurant is great."
