"Parking is plenty. Breakfast is good. Do not provide toiletries so carry your own. Location is excellent if you want to travel to NYC, bus stop is right infront of gate. Lot of eating options."

"Our stay and our room was awesome!! Comfy and cozy room, very clean, gorgeous view, and great shower. We went for a Met Life Concert and getting to and from Met Life was super easy with a shuttle company in the lobby. Great hotel and would stay a million times over!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we were thoroughly impressed by the front desk staff's exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge. The hotel's location was also fantastic, and the shuttle service between New York and New Jersey was a game-changer for us. A decent breakfast, but it would've been great to have some fresh fruits with options to choose from."

"Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that our key didn’t work on our door when we went back upstairs after getting breakfast on checkout day. Had to go back to the desk to get it fixed. The wait for the elevator on checkout day was also tough as they were jam packed with the cleaning staff going floor to floor."

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Corrected mistakes, like billing, quickly with apologies. I wish the cleaning staff would cover their hair. Found a few in various locations. They also forgot the coffee packs! The regular bed & bedding was fantastic. Pull out, horrible. But that's to be expected, I suppose. The neighborhood is safe, pretty, & has so much to offer, especially in terms of restaurants. Best part of Jersey City. Reasonably priced! We'll be back!"
