Room was really clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. It’s an old building but maintained very well. There’s a shuttle bus that’s a few min walk away that takes you to NYC within 15 minutes. They operate every 15 min and run until 2am which was very nice!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we were thoroughly impressed by the front desk staff's exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge. The hotel's location was also fantastic, and the shuttle service between New York and New Jersey was a game-changer for us. A decent breakfast, but it would've been great to have some fresh fruits with options to choose from.

Be aware that the facility is located in New Jersey. So it does require traveling from new york to new jersey by cars. Lyft can be expensive and publictransportation takes time. The staff was very nice and show us how to get to New York with a private bus service that costs only $4 but I had to walk to the destination for pick up and I had to cross the street twice without the crosswalk.

The hotel staff were very friendly & efficient. We were here for 2 weeks & felt very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was boring but it was adequate. The location was close to the bus to NYC. Plenty of parking. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash were good quality.

We ended up arriving to the city a day early, but out stay was booked so we just needed somewhere to crash for the night before going into NYC for our actual stay. As we pulled up to the hotel around 11pm and I was a bit taken back because the back side of the hotel was not very glamorous. However once we pulled to the front, it was attractive. The front desk worker was very nice and quick. Still skeptical, we went up to the rooms and when we entered it was actually VERY large and VERY new and VERY clean! Most of the time these hotel beds are the worst, but these mattresses were new and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if I was ever looking in that area! Once we checked out and went into the city it took us like 7 minutes and we were in downtown NYC!
