The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. Be sure to take a bath in the spring water, even though the bathtub is quite small. The water is amazing and has healing properties that make it worth the experience!""
