숙소 내부는 넓진 않았지만 깔끔하게 잘 되어있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 조식 식당은 영.... 테이블 청소도 안되어있고, 음료 리필도 한참 기다렸고 그랬네요. 아무래도 뷔페식이 아닌 제조해서 주시는거다보니 그런것 같긴 합니다만 조식 먹으면서 불편했네요. 그리고 호텔 정문 바로 근처에 재떨이가 있어서 담배연기가 로비에 들어오거나, 출차 대기중에 담배연기 맡을 수 밖에 없는 환경이라 불편했네요.

주차비는 쫌...

예약시 주차비 부과를 고객이 알 수 있게 고지하지 않네요. 카톡 문자에 안내가 돼 있지만, 문자도 로비에서 직원에게 전화 한 후에 와서 주차요원이 주차비 내라는 말에 어이가 없었음. 시설은 나름 깨끗합니다. 수건 넉넉히 주는 건 타 호텔과 비교하여 아주 좋은 서비스로 칭찬합니다.

무인운영 호텔인데 키 제공 사전 연락없었던 점이 어이가 없었습니다. 조식으로 나온 베이컨은 식어있고 계란은 비린향이 낫던점도 인상 깊었습니다. 객실에서 제공되는 공용 핸드워시도 손에서 향이 빠지지가 않네요. 원가 절감하기 위한 노력이 많이 보이는 숙소였고 신선한 경험이였습니다

주차자리가 많이 없는지 발레해주는데 5000원 받네요 많이 불편하고 객실에서 머리카락도 두 세개 나오고 방에서 꾿꾿한 냄새가 나요 울산에 비슷한 호텔도 많아서 다음에는 이용하지 않을거 같네요

무인시스템에 익숙해져야

룸의 상태는 깨끗하고 좋았지만 처음 로비에서부터 당황하게 되네요. 무인시스템이라 전혀 안내직원 조차 없었고. 발레파킹은 1층이 아니라 지하1층으로 내려가야 되고. 호텔 예약시에 이러한 사항들을 모두 숙지하고 예약하지는 않다보니 처음 도착해서 조금 당황했습니다.
