"Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too."

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"It is not at all near Clark International Airport. It’s 30 minutes away without traffic. Plus there is no airport shuttle. "

"Pics of the place are old when it was renovated years ago. Place looks nothing like the pics. It’s run down and dirty. They won’t give you a refund if you look at the place and don’t stay because the place is dirty. Stay clear. "

"Hotel was the worst ever. No front desk after 5pm. Rooftop restaurant closed permanently. Pool dirty with floating dead animals. Beds were extremely hard. Wet moldy smell throughout hotel. No clean towels or soap. No house keeping to sweep filthy foors. Just a dirty hotel. Dont stay here"

"First room , smell , and no water running in shower or anywhere. And of course not hot water, a big bucket of water, and a small bucket to throw water on you. Then moved to another room, at least water running there but not the shower , again with a bucket. The worst hotel I stayed in my life. Waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to reception. They knew we were there , but I don’t know why she did not come straight away. If you can help it, stay away from this place. "
