"Bed had fake rose petals under sheets. Sheets had blood on them. A/C was so dirty it would not work properly. Room smelled of mildew. Woman working front desk was very helpful. My father also had a room that was not supposed to be rented out. "

The breakfast buffet was lacking some items that I would expect even with the label "continental" - there was no jam or jelly for toast; the only fruit was a bowl of small apples; and on my second morning there was no yogurt."

"I made a reservation through Hotels.com. I paid for the booking. When I arrived, the hotel said they couldn't find my booking at first. The lady found it and got my room ready. When I was leaving at checkout time, the hotel charged me again for my stay. They said i did not pay for it."
