"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

"Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Man muss sich aber bewußt sein, das es direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Fenster. Und natürlich die Züge vom Bahnhof. Also schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. In der Dusche floss das Wasser erst nicht richtig an,ein Mann konnte es richten. Parkplatz kostet 5,-€ extra, kein Problem, war nur nicht erwähnt worden. Für 1 Macht als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nach Konzert vollkommen in Ordnung."

Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen. "This was our first time staying at this hotel as a family of three. Our room was quite big and had a balcony. Unfortunately, we found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable.
