"Loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, the staff were polite and the room was in great condition. The room itself is like a small apartment and has a washing machine, mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. If you’re renting a car, beware that you will have to search for a public parking spot near the hotel. My only complaint is that during the second day of my stay, a nasty cigarette smell entered my room through the bathroom ventilation. I told the receptionist about it,...

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone. "가격 대비 모든 것이 훌륭함 특히 범섬뷰는 여기서만 느낄 수 있는 최고의 뷰임 실외수영장도 객실 규모 대비 큰편이고 시설 전체적으로 깔끔함 숙소 근처 도로 산책, 러닝하기도 좋고 피트니스 시설은 대충 트레드밀 몇개 갖다놓은 수준 아니고 덤벨은 무게별로 충실히 있고 스미스 머신이랑 랫풀다운, 하체 다 있어서 부위별로 운동 다 할 수 있음 다음에도 제주도 오면 여기로 올 예정"

"전반적으로 만족헸습니다. 식당도 서비스도 만족. 단 취향이긴하지만 나이든 사람들에겐 밥이 너무 되지 않았나.. 현관에서 2층 프런트로 가는 에스컬레이타는 속도가 너무 빠른듯... 수영장 샤워실에서 탈의실로 나가는 곳이 부주의하면 엎어질 수 있으니 주의 환기가 필요합니다. 수영장 미끄러짐 주의 표시도 필요 할 듯.. 전반적으로 푹 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 감사."

"This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it. "
