I really liked the front desk lady who assisted us with checkout; last night we arrived pretty late past 8pm, which was coordinated by younger staff who were seem to be either new or part timer during night shift and they were more like AI robot without experienced hospitality manners.

부모님 모시고 3가족(9명) 여행이었는데 겨울인데도 매우 만족했습니다. 방,화장실 갯수보고 예약했는데 각방 크기나 쓰임새, 거실, 주방 모두 만족했습니다. 특히 야외 히노끼탕은 너무 좋은/특별한 경험이었네요. 6인이상 여행가게 되면 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다.

The apartment is very old. You can see yellow stains in the washroom. The towels and pillow cases have holes in it. Though there is a kitchen but you are not allowed to cook any meat. So basically vegetarian only. Also there is no dryer so you need to hang your clothing to dry.

생긴지 얼마 안된건 아닌것 같고 리모델링 한거 같아요~ 가구가 완전 새것같지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 이용에 문제 없었어요~ 뷰 좋았고 30갤 남아 쌍둥이 할머니 함께 했눈데 넘 좋았어요~ 아기들 때문에 복층 포기하고 단층했습니다. (세돌전 애기 있으면 계단 쫓아다니느라 죽어나요ㅠㅜ 그이후 계단은 안됩니다) 립셉션 아래 돌아가시면 유채밭이 있숩니다. 최고….. 수영장 이용 못해 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ 2박 연박했고 청소해쥬신 외국분들도 말은안통했지만 친절하셨어요~ 또 찾고 싶은 리조트에요

가족 여행의 최고 숙소

작년에 너무 마음에 들어서 올해도 가족 여행으로 다시 온 숙소 입니다 주방도 있고 거실및 방 부분들이 분리되어 있고 공간도 넉넉해서 가족 여행으로는 최고인듯 합니다 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 수영장에도 따뜻한 물이 나와서 사람들이 즐겁게 이용하더라고요 다음엔 꼭 사용할 예정입니다 그리고 차로 올레시장도 10-15분정도, 중문도 15-20분정도 어딜가도 편한 위치에요 숙소가 위치한 곳은 조용해서 오히려 쉬기에 딱 좋습니다!!!

벨룸 리조트
