"Checked in late night Saturday and was informed someone vomited in pool and it was closed. Got to room the tv didn’t work and no hot water. The hotel clerk said he doesn’t have a solution that night. After calling for Sam the manager the next morning 2 xs and the lady telling him to return call. Waited 4 hours, I went to front desk and told them I needed new room. He said pool was back open but will closed Monday. The health dept was not in on Sunday so they wouldn’t inspect it. So last night got in late and the room key let us in the building but not our room. So had to take luggage back to car and drive to lobby. It quite a distance from room to lobby and my husband has health issues. The whole deal made it a bad weekend getaway. I do not recommend this hotel just due to staff and amenities. "
