"Clean and very nice rooms. I thought it was going ro compare to a motel 6 because the price was cheap but I was completelyy worng.. these are upgraded and nice rooms. Israel was very helpful. My thoughts were the price of the room was due to the size but that didnt matter. I didnt come here to stay in the room all day. "

"Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby"
