"Firstly, the parking is very secure and free. The room was clean, but the coffee machine made lukewarm drinks and the base of the taps need a deep clean. The double bed was the smallest I've ever seen unless I wanted to pay hundreds more. Breakfast wasn't good, the scrambled egg was smothered in butter and salt, the bacon was dry and overcooked and the toast was cold and dry, dirty napkin and customers were asking for things like baked beans, coffeess etc and they were getting these.
