I couldn’t turn it off or down because it was extremely hot if I did. Most disturbing!!!! Was that there was blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t notice until the morning because I arrived so late and tired that I just crawled into be. Again I am not a complainer usually but after a long day that was unacceptable. "
