" Avoid this hotel: Terrible service and hidden fees. Our stay was incredibly disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. We were hit with over $350 in unexpected fees, bringing the total for two nights over $1,000—yet the hospitality was non-existent. The room lacked basic amenities: no bottled water, no iron, and no included wifi. To make matters worse, the room and fridge were not properly cleaned. Valet is extremely expensive with no self-parking option, and no one offered to help with our luggage. For this price, the lack of basic service is unacceptable. We will never return. "

"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs! This property is completely misleading and looks nothing like the photos shown online. We stayed as 4 adults, and the so-called “living room” was practically unusable, with only a tiny couch and almost no seating. The beds were a disaster. The springs were sticking into our backs, and we woke up in pain every single day. Getting proper rest was impossible. One of the bathrooms was clogged from day one. Despite contacting the host multiple times, we were completely ignored. For 6 days, 4 people were forced to use just one bathroom—this is simply unacceptable. The location felt unsafe. At 5:00 AM, I woke up to noise right next to the window. When I opened the curtain, a homeless person was literally leaning against the window going through the trash. It was frightening. Parking was chaotic with zero organization—everyone just parked randomly wherever they could. This stay completely ruined our vacation. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place."

"I liked this hotel even more than I thought I would. The staff is lovely and I really liked the coffee shop and bakery in the lobby. The neighborhood is super fun with lots of amazing restaurants and stores. It was accessible to a number of events we were attending in the downtown area. I highly recommend this place."

Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the valet staff on February 21st, 2026. Despite their limited responsibilities, they went above and beyond to help me locate a safe pharmacy late at night. Their unwavering support ensured that I was able to retrieve my Uber and return to the hotel without any further complications. I regret not being able to remember their names. Furthermore, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for their invaluable assistance during a challenging time when my daughter fell ill. Their prompt attention to my needs was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to commend the gentleman at the club for his exceptional service in providing me with ice cubes. His assistance was instrumental in ensuring my comfort during my stay. In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with the vision and execution of the hotel. The property is aesthetically pleasing, exudes a sense of class, and boasts top-notch security measures. "
