"All was good and in really nice. The owner was present to welcome us and she was really nice and pleasant. There is a restaurant affiliated, it's 1 KM away....a must try, really good and excellent service!!!"

"After reading many reviews before making our reservation at this property, we had low expectations. We only stayed for one night and we were pleasantly surprised. Sure, the property is out-dated, but the staff were informative/friendly, the shuttle to the local restaurant was convenient, and of course the location of the hotel by the Park entrance was easily accessible."

"The staff was attentive, warm and welcoming to us. The breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and was outstanding. The room was very nice, clean and quality woodwork. The linens were excellent. I expect to return to Plitvice on my next trip to Croatia and will be staying here again. 😁"

"Visjna and Davor were fantastic hosts. They could not do enough to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinners and breakfasts which were excellent. Food was beautifully prepared and extremely tasty with good options for all food tastes. Room was comfortable, clean and private. Would recommend. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful stay at Plitvice Lodge. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. There were many thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection to start the day. A special thank you to Tony, who drove us by taxi during our stay. He and the older gentleman traveling with him were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality really added to our experience. If you’re staying at the lodge and need transportation, ask Nina for Tony’s contact information—you won’t be disappointed. One thing to keep in mind is the location. There is only one restaurant within walking distance of the lodge. They had amazing food! If you don’t have a car, you’ll need to take a taxi to reach other nearby dining options. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Plitvice Lodge to anyone visiting the area."
