"This is a lovely inn on the main road to Plitvice Lakes National Park, close to Entrance 2. I had the largest and most comfortable room of any place I stayed in Croatia, with space for me to reorganize my gear from the prior 10 days of travel. Despite being close to the road, it was quiet at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They have a nice outdoor patio for drinks. Staying close to the park allowed me to enter early the next morning. I would stay there again."

"The photos and description of this guest house do not do it justice. This is such a gem!! The grounds, and our room were impeccable in every way. We have been traveling across Croatia and this is the most comfortable bed we have slept on to date (and we’ve stayed at some truly nice places). The room was big & nicely appointed. The quality of construction and materials used in the building if this guest house are evident. The owner is meticulous about everything. Pay for the breakfast! It is so nice and way more than you can eat. Remember to bring cash for your stay. Also, great location close to the park entrance and good dinner at Antonio’s restaurant across the street. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast was great! Lots of food. Ate dinner at the restaurant there - very good. Bought tickets to the park at the hotel and the bus stop was right there. Staff drove us to a nearby restaurant the second night. Free parking. It was a pleasant experience. The hiking at the park was beautiful. Did both upper & lower lakes."

"I had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Bor which is well located near the village and park entrance. The daughter of the owner greeted me, she was warm, welcoming, and informative. She was able to answer ALL my questions. Rooms are clean and have a nice shower and coffee bar. I highly recommend Guesthouse Bor!"
