The hotel was one of the few in Bruges offering breakfast inclusive and they gave big portions so you didn't have to buy any lunch this saving you Money. The room was great, although having the shower in the center of the room was a little awkward, and it would have been nice to have a door that actually latches on the room with the toilet instead of just a swinging door.
