"There were so many highlights with our stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which we found delightful. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful. Very comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. Housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast in the Palmetto Room was an outstanding start to our day, from the exquisite Bernardaud China place settings to the excellent service and food. The entire ambiance of Charleston Place is restful, elegant and welcoming. We enjoyed all the beautiful floral arrangements and listening to the harpist during the afternoons. The location is perfect for shopping City Market as well as upscale King Street, all within walking distance. We found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful. It was an outstanding stay, and we look forward to our next visit."
