Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was somebodys apartment, it was not a hotel or red doorz. The toilet was broken and a bucket with a dipper was left in the bathroom to flush it. No towels, room was not clean. This was not a hotel. Owner took our national identity card and a cash deposit. The next morning we had to check out. The owner did not answer the phone. We finally banged on the door of a closed coffee shop, and a lady in shorts told us the "office " was upstairs. Upon climbing the stairs we found a lift, with an old red doors stand up display, and people sleeping on dirty mattresses in a dark loft. We had to repeatedly yell at the top of our lungs to get the kid to wake up. We finally got our deposit and id card back, but we will never use reddoorz again. It was a nightmare from hell.
