Great hotel. Will stay again.

New hotel so everything is in great condition. The staff and internet are great. Very helpful and accommodating. There was no option to book without breakfast so I considered this a drawback since I never wake up early enough to eat but was forced to pay for it. The location is great and access is easy but be aware that the wholesale garment district is only a few hundred meters away so during business hours the traffic can be quite heavy here. Like most places in Jakarta, plan ahead when driving cuz traffic sucks everywhere.

직원들 모두 너무 친절하고 신속한서비스를 제공합니다. 세탁기를 자유롭게 사용할수있어 장기 투숙을하는 경우에 많은 도움이됩니다. 위치한 동네가 우범지대에 속하는지 현지인들에게는 타나아방쪽에 투숙한다고 하니 걱정을하던데~그랩을타고 움직이기때문에 거리를 걸을일이없어 불편한점을 느끼지못했습니다. 단점은..욕실의 청결도입니다. 샤워부스에 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 방들이 많았습니다 그리고 샤워기의 검은 물때가..심각합니다. 이것만 개선된다면 너무 좋을것같습니다.

Lekker centraal gelegen, dicht bij station Gambir. Kamers zijn niet al te groot, maar prima te doen. Bedden ook goed, handdoeken aanwezig. Worden elke dag vernieuwd. Ook krijg je er een tandenborstel en tandpasta bij. Water staat ook in half literflesje en krijg je iedere dag aangevuld. Ontbijt was prima, voldoende keuze.

I like this hotel for my trip and visited in Jakarta. But I don’t like when I see the bunch people who don’t care for them to be mess up around the front desk like open the luggage and make a crowd .

Nice hotel at a great price

My friend and I stayed there for one night (paid for 2) before we flew back to the US at night. It was quite a small room, we couldn’t pass each other at the end of the bed to walk to the further bed. The gym was ok-no towels, toilet paper or water but the desk accommodated us quickly. The breakfast was simple but good but a lot of the food had run out by 9:15 and it ended at 9. The server was working hard to bus tables and also refill food. The staff was wonderful, we felt safe, everything was clean and we were able to walk to the National monument and other sights easily.

위치도 시설도 청결도 까지 다좋았어요! 하지만 짐이 많으시다면 고려해보셔야해요 방이 생각 보다 좁았어요. 그리고 방음이 잘안되서 복도소리가 다들렸어요. 하지만 밤에는 다들 그렇게 시끄럽지않으셔서 굉장히 만족했습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하지않아서 기대는 안하시는게 좋을것같아요!

위치는 나쁘지 않은 곳에 있습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했고, 다만 조금 아쉬운 부분은 객실이 좁아 큰 캐리어 하나 펼칠 공간이 없으며, 화장실 앞에 펼쳐 놓고 뛰어 넘어 다녀야 했습니다. 그리고 방음이 좋지 못했습니다. 1층에 방을 배정 받아 아침 조식 시간에 웃고 떠드는 소리 의자를 옴기는 소리까지 다 들려 잠을 청하기 어려웠습니다.

Looks great but lacks professional service

Had a layover stay of one night and choose Juno. New and fresh hotel that looks and feels luxurious, but lacks in service. I tried emailing them 3 times over 10 days before my visit regarding a airport transfer but never got an answer. Not good. We come in to the lobby, it's full of packages and luggage. Like I have been in full hotels but this lobby was severely overpacked with packages and luggage. Really ruins the atmosphere. After checking in we are given, what I presume to be a stolen airport trolley, that barely fits the elevator. Why don't you have a proper luggage cart and at least offer to bring bags to the room? We ask for a late check-out, here there is some communication miss as we hear the woman saying it's 125000 rp extra, which is fine since we are asking to stay an extra 3 hours. But when we go to check out this is now 325000? That's half of what a full night costs for an extra 3 hours. The hotel manager stands near but doesn't comment when u question the receptionist. We ordered a airport transfer from the hotel, it was 250000, which is a lot. But then I assume we'll get a nice car, instead a beat up old car pulls up. If you order through TravelLoka you can get a new fresh almost limousine for around 110-150000, so if you are going to overcharge like this for your airport transfer then update it. All in all, new and fresh but lacks service touch. Good thing Jakarta has so many hotels.

Noise level around the area is really bad. There are many non licensed driver offering transport at the hotel. The mosque around the area is huge and often holds event til late night (in my case it was until 2AM on weekdays). There is no late checkout (1 hour late checkout costs 100K).

I booked a standard room because I wanted a room with 2 single beds, however upon checking in I realised that the room was very small, no space to place your luggage (there’s a rack only good for small bag/hand luggage) and no space to solat. So I asked for a deluxe room . The room was slightly bigger than the previous one, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the aircond was good. Breakfast was basic but for the room price paid it was ok. There are no restaurants within walking distance so eating is a bit of a problem especially at night. Overall I would say this hotel is good for those who want to go shopping at Tanah Abang... less than 10 mins walk, otherwise I would stay elsewhere.
