"My recent stay was marred by two significant issues that impacted my trip. First, a major discrepancy occurred at check-in. I had a confirmation for a two-night stay including breakfast, but was informed the reservation was only for one night. I am concerned about what caused this error, as it reflects on the reliability of your booking process. Second, the integrity of my non-smoking room was compromised. The moment I opened the door, I noticed a distinct tobacco smell, which was later confirmed by visible burn marks on the carpet. This was disappointing and negatively affected my comfort. I must commend your staff for their friendly demeanor throughout. However, their positivity could not compensate for the core failures in reservation management and room quality control. I hope this feedback helps you improve your processes."

Another nice experience at Grand Mercure Harmoni.

A great stay overall. The best was the staff. Almost everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and laundry service prompt and reasonable. The room itself is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the bed was comfortable and shower was large and had no shortage of water pressure or hot water. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Great overall. Shower coulda been a bit cleaner

The staff were great, food was okay but the room, especially the toilet could have been a bit cleaner. There were spots of mold in some spots in the shower.

I was given a card key for the 17th floor even though my room was on the 16th floor, I asked room service for breakfast and was left unattended for almost 30 minutes, and when I called to check on the situation, I was told to go to the restaurant and had an unscheduled buffet breakfast there (an apology was later given). Also, the cleaning staff lost the key card that I had left in my room while I was out, and the area around the hotel was extremely congested due to major road construction. I would not give the hotel a perfect score, but the facilities were good.

One of the best !

It's my favourite go to place in Jakarta. Good sized rooms, super clean, breakfast spread is very elaborate. Try their bakery items in breakfast, it's a must. Good gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam it's just amazing.The staff is very polite, helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is of good standard for the money paid. Only complain is that there are too few hangers in the closet and the work chair slumps too much backwards and feels that I will fall over backwards.

No Non-smoking room at 4.30 pm

My group arrive at the hotel at 4.30 pm and was offer all smoking rooms and no non smoking rooms are available at 4.30 pm. Had to wait another 30 mins to check in and then was given a smoking room by mistake. I have to go back there to request again for non smoking room.

Good stay but bad service from front desk service

Was dissapointed during check in. Called before i arrived asking for early check in ,The offer me 50% of room rate. When I reach earlier by 2hours was asking to pay full fair for the room so I could go in to the room else I have to wait 1hr 30min before i could go in the room. 2nd during check out, ask for transport to ky meeting place and from my meeting place to hotel. Arrangement is not done properply and have to wait 30min to check out. Dont think i would wan to stay at the hotel again for my travel. Its nice hotel. But the service at front desk could be betrer

Wir fanden uns leider von Sintiha sehr unter Druck gesetzt eine Bewertung abzugeben. Jeden Tag sprach sie uns darauf an. Beim auschecken wurden wir wieder darauf angesprochen und sie wollte sogar unser Handy haben und beim bewerten „helfen“. Absolut nervig und nicht in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist nicht für den europäischen Gaumen gemacht.
