the smokingarea in loby, is to my opinion NOT acceptable. There is just outside the loby an area were people can sit outside and not inside the area. when i took a drink or something like that in the loby and someone started to smoke i fled away.. This had to be forbidden,inside the hotel,freezone smoking area

Shout out to Andi the team manager hotel. He really helped change my view of this hotel. Superb 5 star service. The entire hotel service is good. Excellent breakfast. Everyone is customer centric. The hotel needs an upgrade for room condition. But the ones that were renovated are relatively pleasant. So book Delux grade would be advisable for a good stay.

Decent place for families. Menu is plain and simple, buffet breakfast spread daily, same thing every day almost. Staff are excellent and friendly. Definitely a plus point there. Be prepared to check in late. Wifi is not good. So do have a backup plan for that. Overall for a simple family vacation, should be fine.
