Amazing hotel to stay in. The buffet breakfast was amazing. A quick and easy stroll to Lotte mart as well as MOI. The property was a little outdated but the place was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Do not recommend the massage! We were super offended and shocked when my husband went down for a massage and he was offered “extra services”. I believe that the massage place could possibly be leased to a business as you paid separately too.
The massage place is NOT a reflection on the rest of the amazing hotel and the people in the hotel.

Shout out to Andi the team manager hotel. He really helped change my view of this hotel. Superb 5 star service. The entire hotel service is good. Excellent breakfast. Everyone is customer centric. The hotel needs an upgrade for room condition. But the ones that were renovated are relatively pleasant. So book Delux grade would be advisable for a good stay.
Staff is professional and polite. Unfortunately their Internet was not working most of the time. I stayed for 4 nights and Internet only worked on the first night. I had to use my data to do access the Internet. Although my room has smart TV, it’s useless without the Internet connection.
The room need more lights

Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower.
The room and possibly the entire hotel need thorough sanitization, and the air conditioner filter may need to be replaced. Additionally, I am not sure whether the hallway carpet is vacuumed every day or has been deep cleaned. I have been sick with a virus since I started staying. Other than that, the breakfast buffet and the services were great.
