"Really clean and helpful staff. We had a suite and it was an excellent size. The pool was great for kids. The hotel was really good for kids. Food was a bit basic but okay. For a city destination it was good."

"Had a great stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with amazing city views, even though it was a bit cloudy while we were there. I had a last-minute request on the day of check-in, and the team was really helpful. Breakfast was great. They had both an à la carte menu and a buffet, plus freshly sliced fruit. Everything we tried was really good. We stayed with Pacific Club access, and honestly it was one of the best club lounges we’ve been to. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. The view was great, and the food was too. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but thank you to the whole Pacific Club team. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM. Highly recommend!!!"

"room is too cold... It was hard to adjust the room temperature.. the technician told us just to turn it off and turn it back when it gets hot.. So the wall temp control didn't work .. Loves the extra space on clean room..comfortable but cold....."

"Lovely hotel very clean everything ok it has a new shopping mall and coffee shops and is 15 mins walk to an established shopping mall albeit quite a dangerous walk due to lack of footpath and lots of traffic but ok if you are careful Nice location for me saves having to spend 45 mins in traffic to and from the office"
