"早朝から複数人の子供が廊下や部屋で騒ぎ出し、大人も注意することがなかった。 10分くらい我慢しフロントへでんわしたが、対応したのかどうかわからない。 20分以上大声で話をしていた。 その後、寝られなくなってしまい、寝不足の1日であった。 監視カメラや宿泊記録があるだろうから、出禁にして欲しいくらいです。 毎月利用しているホテルですが、この様なことが起きたのは初めてです。 今後は、対応を速やかにしてもらいたいです。"
