"The place is stunning—a beautifully designed, well-thought-out hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is: 1. Food service was very slow at all times of day, including the hotel restaurant. It was so delayed that we avoided returning to the hotel for lunch between tours because we knew it would take too long. 2. Salon scheduling and flexibility were disappointing. My mom, my friend, and I booked three hair wash and blow-dry appointments at the same time before dinner, but when we arrived, we were told only two stylists were available, so one of us had to wait. We wish this had been communicated in advance since we had plans. I offered to just have my hair washed (since I’d already showered) and blow-dry it myself in the room so my mom and friend could start, but they refused because the service is only offered as a combo. I ended up having to shower again to wash my hair, which was inconvenient and felt inflexible on their part. Everything else was lovely. They had live music every day, and the artists were wonderful and very kind. "

"Everything was perfect until morning breakfast. We had 3 rooms but turned away because we weren't listed on "their" breakfast list. Motel like this with room prices in $$$ shouldn't have "Breakfast List" to begin with. Come to USA even 2 star motels have free breakfast. I have been in lodging hospitality for 17 years and I have never seen 4 star hotel with "Breakfast" as paid amenities except for Hilton hotel group. We arrived late to even see whole hotel but still we paid full price as guests who checked in in afternoon. I usually don't write unless I see something to be corrected if a hotel needs to step towrd 5 star ratings in hotel industry. Thank you for memorable experience and what indian hotel industry needs to be corrected. "
